The contract is agreed by completing and submitting an electronic order.   You are then making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.   An acceptence email from us confirms that the contract is formed.

To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and enter into a lawful contract under Scottish law you must:

  • Register by providing your real name, address, email address, phone number, payment details and other requested information.
  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid credit or debit card.
  • Have a delivery address in the UK.   PO Box numbers are not acceptable.

Please note that we are under no obligation to accept your order, but we would normally only refuse orders under very exceptional circumstances.   Such circumstances include:  non-approval of payment by your credit/debit card company, the item no longer being in stock, the item having being mis-represented or mispriced on our Website.   We will contact you immediately if there are any problems, as mentioned, with your order or if there is going to be any unforeseen delays in despatching the order to you.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Scotland and we agree to use the Scottish Courts if there is any dispute between us.

Pricing and Payment

All prices quoted on this Website are in Pounds Sterling and can only accept payment as such.

Prices are subject to increase without notice but we will not charge you more than the price stated in your order confirmation email.

We accept the following major Credit and Debit cards:   VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron.

Payment will be taken upon confirmation of your order.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are correct at the time of publishing the information on this Website.

All Credit/Debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.   If the issuer of your Credit/Debit card refuses to, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of goods.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that your order is returned within 14 days, from date of dispatch,  in its original condition, unworn, with the original packaging and accompanied by our dispatch paperwork.   Due to hygiene reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept return of earrings.

All jewellery is delivered to you with a security tag attached.   This must not be removed and must be fully intact when you return the item to entitle you to an exchange.

Unfortunately exchanges or refunds are not allowed if the Goods have been specially made to order or personalised to your requirements.

If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because of an error on our part, we will refund the price paid for the goods, the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

For your protection, we recommend that you return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery.   When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and keep it safe.   We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or faulty.   We are under no obligation to collect or recover goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you.

Refunds will only be made to the card, or payment method used, to purchase the item.

Alternatively, you may take goods, with proof of purchase, directly to our shop at 22 New Street, Paisley.
